Recreating the “World Book Day Buzz” around books for the whole of the National Year of Reading

The Roving Bookshop is excited to announce we’re partnering three award-winning publishers for the National Year of Reading… Working with…    …we can offer kids £1 off all their fantastic books in the style of World Book Day!Rather than tokens, kids will find bright yellow “£1 Off, Go All In” stickers on a range of beautiful fiction, information, poetry and graphic novels through-out our bookshop…


…many with positive images of girls, and/or BAME characters… we can also offer £1 off other selected favourite titles including Dog Man and the graphic novels of Raina Telgemeier.

We’re running our “Go All In Campaign” for both Summer and Autumn Terms, to fit with the National Year of Reading, give maximum flexibility and fit round schools existing dates. 

Schools can take further advantage of the offer to purchase Nosy Crow titles themselves with a 30% cash discount (orders over £100). As well as publishing exciting fiction, Nosy Crow (three times winner of Children’s Publisher of the Year Award) work with the National Trust, The British Museum, and Cambridge University to produce some very special information books.

The Roving Bookshop provides a full bookshop experience in your school.  Our custom displays allow us to transport our books and display them beautifully so that your pupils (and you!) can fully appreciate the wide selection of books we have on offer (pun unintentional).
