Access is to be gained via the small staff car park, the van will need to be reversed through the gates up the small pathway, towards the main reception entrance. The hall is just inside the reception entrance.
Large hall, however set up at the far end of the hall away from the breakfast club area. Put as much around the edge, and the rest in the middle. At lunchtime the middle section can remain up, so nothing to take down.
After unloading, the van will have to be taken back and parked up in the car park.
At the end of the day repeat the process of reversing the van etc to load back up.
Site manager on site very early, and very helpful.
Head teacher and all staff very enthused.
